Lead Vocalist and Guitarist, Billy Gibbons from American legendary Rock Band " ZZ TOP ", has long time girlfriend Gilligan Stillwater as wife. Ellen J. Oetjen (Known as Gilligan Stillwater) was born on 8 March 1965, in the United States of America. Billy Gibbons was married to Gilligan Stillwater on December 14, 2005. She also palyed a role in the movie "Miscommunication".  They are on this relationship for more than 30 years but their lover for each other never seems to be diminishing.
